Cheryl is the founding shareholder of Mullin Law, PC. As an attorney, Cheryl focuses her practice in areas of franchise law and litigation, business/corporate law and intellectual property.

In the franchise industry, Cheryl is recognized as a legal leader, winning awards such as "Top 100 Legal Eagle" three times and as a "Hot Shot Under 40" by Franchise Times, "Best Lawyers in Dallas" by D Magazine and "Best Lawyers in America." She also gained a distinguished reputation by representing clients across the country in franchise and intellectual property disputes.

Using her franchise and business legal expertise, Cheryl has served as a speaker for many events, including the ABA Forum on Franchising, Entrepreneur Expo in Fort Worth, Texas, International Franchise Association's 46th Annual International Franchise Convention, International Franchise Association 38th Annual Legal Symposium and New Market Business Centre Franchise Expo. She has also contributed articles to Franchise Law Journal and New Jersey Lawyer.

Prior to starting her own firm, Cheryl built her expertise in franchise and corporate litigation with several, large Dallas law firms.

Cheryl is licensed to practice in Texas, the District of Columbia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She received her juris doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.

Cheryl received her bachelor's degree in political science from Temple University in Philadelphia. She is a member of various organizations, including the International Franchise Association and the ABA Forum for Franchising.
