Stephanie is an attorney with Mullin Law, PC, focusing her practice in the areas of franchise law, employment law, corporate formations and dispute resolution. Stephanie is also a qualified mediator in accordance with the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
Stephanie combines her many years of experience with large companies such as KFC Corp and Burger King Corporation with her experience as an attorney to successfully represent her clients’ interests and support their goals.
In the area of franchise law, Stephanie has worked with clients to resolve conflicts related to the enforcement of franchise agreements. She has worked with clients on enforcing system standards compliance, issuing defaults on franchise agreements and negotiating terminations of franchise agreements.
Additionally, Stephanie has negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of corporate clients in employment law matters including: class action employment lawsuits; EEOC and Texas Workforce Commission claims; and general employment-related matters such as separation agreements.
Stephanie is a recurring guest lecturer at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where she provides information relating to corporate formations and principal liability. She also regularly speaks on franchise and employment law issues at various events.
Stephanie is licensed to practice in Texas and received her juris doctorate degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she was a charter participant in the university’s Donaghey Scholars Program
