Justin focuses his practice in the area of franchising, real estate, and corporate law, where he assists clients with both large and small transactions. Before attending law school, Justin worked for a commercial real estate group that managed, leased, and developed several projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Justin also held the position of treasurer for a private venture firm, and managed operations of a local business in Carrollton.
Justin earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where he was awarded a Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship and was on the Dean’s List for academic distinction. While in law school, Justin clerked for eight administrative judges at the United States Merit Systems Protection Board, a federal judicial agency. Justin also clerked for an appellate law firm in Waco, Texas, where he developed his legal research and writing skills, and he assisted with an appeal before the Supreme Court of Texas. Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Plan II Honors and wrote his senior thesis in Cross-Cultural Psychology.
