Kimberly Kinser practices exclusively in the area of immigration law.  She routinely helps clients obtain appropriate visas and achieve family reunification through the immigration process. She helps employers meet their need for skilled labor through the immigration process. She has helped investors with their visas options. She has also helped victims of family violence petition for green cards under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Kimberly has extensive experience in defending foreign nationals in deportation cases, and in obtaining relief from removal. She has represented clients in Convention Against Torture (CAT) cases.  Her litigation accomplishments include favorable resolution of an action brought in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas seeking mandamus relief against the U.S. Government for a client whose permanent residency case had been pending for more than three and a half years. She has also successfully brought several mandamus actions against the U.S. Government for clients whose naturalization cases were pending longer than 60 days after a naturalization interview.

She is licensed by the bar of the District of Columbia and is licensed to practice immigration law throughout the United States. Kimberly received her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
