Fatih Oguz is an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and Turkey with more than twenty-five years of international legal experience representing companies, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and individuals in intellectual property, commercial transactions, and business law matters.
Fatih Oguz focuses his practice on trademark, intellectual property, contracts, and business law matters. Before relocating to the United States, he founded Oguz Law Office in Istanbul, Turkey, where he represented domestic and international companies in matters involving trademarks, patents, licensing, manufacturing, supply chain agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, and other complex commercial transactions.
About
As a European Patent Attorney and Trademark Attorney, Fatih Oguz advised pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, municipalities, and other corporate entities regarding brand protection, intellectual property strategy, licensing, and cross-border business matters. His prior corporate and institutional clients included banks, pharmaceutical companies, government-affiliated entities, and multinational businesses.
Before moving to the United States, Fatih Oguz also served as counsel for major Turkish and international companies, including Eczacibasi Pharmaceuticals and Total Oil Company, where he worked extensively on commercial agreements, manufacturing and distribution matters, confidentiality agreements, licensing, and corporate legal compliance.
After earning his LL.M. degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, Fatih Oguz was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 2021. Since relocating to the United States and being admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Fatih Oguz has continued to advise clients in business and commercial legal matters.
Fatih Oguz received “The Professor Samuel Gyandoh Award” from Temple Law School for outstanding professional and personal service to the law school community. He also earned an MBA in International Business Law from Yeditepe University in Istanbul and his LL.B. degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
