Robert Dotras

Research Assistant

Robert serves as our Research Assistant, providing essential legal support to our team on franchise, trademark, business, and real estate matters.

Robert is based in our Dallas, Texas office.

About

Robert received his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. Prior to law school, he received his B.B.A. in Economics with a minor in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Before and while attending law school, Robert worked with a national mortgage servicing company rising through the ranks in various roles, including providing litigation support, managing operational risks and compliance, and acting as a legal consultant on bankruptcy, foreclosure, insurance, property tax, and loan modifications matters.

Prior to entering into the mortgage servicing industry, Robert served as an Assistant Accountant tasked with guiding clients through tax preparation and filings.

Outside of the office, Robert enjoys cooking, playing golf, tennis, and chess, and spending time with his family.

Cheryl Mullin earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1995 and her LL.M. in Taxation from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2013. She has been recognized for her expertise in franchise law by the International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers since 2013, Texas Super Lawyers since 2012, and Best Lawyers in America since 2007.

Cheryl has also been named one of Dallas's best lawyers by D Magazine every year since 2007 and has been a "Legal Eagle" in Franchise Times magazine since 2004. In addition to holding an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, she frequently lectures on corporate and franchise law topics.

Cheryl is based in our Bucks County, Pennsylvania office, and splits her time with the Dallas, Texas office.
